Welcome!

We are Ismael, Yousuf, and Mustafa Abdul-Matin, sons of ibrahim salih abdul-matin. Our beloved Dad was born on January 5, 1977 and passed away suddenly and tragically on June 21, 2023. He was 46 years young, in excellent shape, and gave us more guidance, love, support, inspiration and care in our short time with him than most see in entire lifetimes. We are grateful to God for the opportunity to be ibrahim’s sons and we are at peace with God’s plan to take him from us so soon.

This website - ibrahimabdul-matin.com - was our Dad’s website. He created it to share his thoughts, ideas, and writings with the world. The archives of his original pages can be found by clicking on “archive.”

We decided to repurpose our dad’s website for 3 reasons.

1) We are determined to carry on his legacy of spirituality, sports, and justice.

2) We don’t have individual social media accounts (and according to our mom, we never will), so this will serve as our home base to showcase our work, accomplishments, and interests as we pursue opportunities in college, internships, careers, and beyond.

3) We want to build something together as the Abdul-Matin brothers. We commit to serving our community, supporting each other in accomplishing our respective goals, and making our Dad proud.
